 The IMPCO Seed Cleaner is designed to obtain results, maximizing the cleaning process while minimizing wear and tear on the balance of your processing machinery. The four-tray design is unmatched in performance in the processing of multiple oil seeds such as cottonseed, sunflower, soybean, and groundnuts.

High capacity hull beating, the model 4620 Hull Beater is uniquely designed with a built-in tailings beater eliminating the need for additional conveying systems. Capable of handling capacities in excess of 200 tons per day of either delinted or undelinted cottonseed, the model 4620 is unequaled in the industry. When combined with the IMPCO Decorticator/Separator system, oil in hulls is maintained at low lever, even with 12% to 14% lint hulls. Also available are the 46S and 46T Hull beaters for processing soybeans, sunflower, and other oil seeds.

The LC-410D has 28% greater cleaning surface area for first pass cleaning than all existing cleaners in the oil milling industry. The LC-410D puts additional cleaning where it's needed the most; three times the effective Pepper Section cleaning than the closest competitor. The Reclaim Section is designed to accommodate any additional shale removal which may be required. The LC-410D Lint Cleaner has automatic screen cleaning; programmable to specific requirements.
